The one thing we have complete control over is our mind.
Every day we make decisions on where we choose to focus our attention, the meaning we place on events, and the actions we take. At the foundation, our mind is driving each of these decisions.
Every single one of us has an incredible gift. We hold the power to enhance our lives by learning how to manage our minds and thoughts. We can choose growth and action over self-doubt and fear.
